Gah-Lee That’s Good Bakery was created out of my love for homemade desserts, traditions, and the simple comfort that comes from something baked with care. Growing up in South Carolina, some of my favorite memories were made in my grandma’s kitchen. Watching her bake taught me that the best desserts don’t need a long list of ingredients — just time, love, and recipes made with intention.

Now living in Atlanta, I wanted to bring a little bit of that country warmth to the city. “Gah-Lee That’s Good” is my way of holding onto my Southern roots while sharing desserts that feel familiar, comforting, and homemade.

I specialize in cake jars and cookies made with simple, natural ingredients and well-thought-out recipes. My cake jars are soft, moist, and full of flavor, while my cookies keep that traditional homemade taste with a few fun twists here and there.

Baking also became something special for me through my own children. I’ve always loved surprising them with new dessert flavors and seeing the excitement on their faces after the first bite. That same feeling is what I hope to share with everyone who tries Gah-Lee That’s Good Bakery.
